I love the fact that it has two batteries and charges really quickly. Having two batteries means you can always have the stick vac ready to go when needed - perfect for those quick clean ups. The various attachments make cleaning a breeze, especially when living in a rural area & having to deal lots of dust & insects. The floor tool is great on all surfaces & I particularly like the boost mode when extra power is required. I highly recommend this stick vacuum cleaner and love having it ready to go whenever I need.

Love this Stick Vac. It's so light and easy to move around from room to room and upstairs to downstairs. The 2 in 1 is great as well as I can clean up small messes any time and do a bigger clean when i need to and it all stays neat and tidy in the storage dock.

To cancel your order, please call our Customer Care team on 1300 282 356. Unfortunately, we cannot administer online or e-mail cancellations at this time. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will administer your cancellation and you will be refunded within 14 days. If your order has already been dispatched and not delivered, please reject the order when it arrives with the courier so that it is returned back to us. You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the order. If your order has been dispatched and you have accepted delivery from the courier, please refer to our Returns/Refund Policy
All payment(s) must be made online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also accept Bank Deposit to our bank account. Please note we will not send your order until payment has cleared in our account.

Delivery is free for all shipments Australia Wide
Unfortunately, you cannot. Please use your tracking number to check the status of your delivery. If you are not present, you will receive a card from Startrack to collect your order from your nearest Startrack/Australia Post location.
We deliver to all areas within mainland Australia except for the following;

The estimated time for delivery will be between 5 to 10 business days
Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange for another delivery. Please follow the instructions on the note to collect your delivery from your nearest Startrack/Australia Post Office.
We will only sell brand new, in the box products. Factory seconds or second-hand products are not available on our website.
